This is a Randomized, Double Blind Study to look at the Safety and Efficacy of a novel Integrase Inhibitor (II) Dolutegravir at a dosage of 50mg taken once a day compared with Raltegravir 400mg taken twice a day. Both 'arms' are Administered With Fixed-dose Dual Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitor (NRTI) Therapy Over 96 Weeks among people with HIV who have not previously taken Antiretroviral Therapy.
