 <title>BGF workshop - Take control of your health!</title>

 <title>Drink coffee, don’t die</title>

 <description> &lt;p&gt;US researchers have discovered an association between drinking coffee and living longer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It’s a strange association because they found that coffee drinkers also tended to be cigarette smokers, meat eaters, consumers of larger-than-average amounts of alcohol and were less likely to engage in vigorous exercise.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description> &lt;p&gt;The purpose of taking a fish oil supplement is to give you a good dose of the &lt;a class=&quot;glossary-term&quot; href=&quot;/glossary/term/88&quot;&gt;&lt;span&gt;cholesterol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class=&quot;hovertip&quot;&gt;An essential component of cell membranes and nerve fibre insulation, cholesterol is important for the metabolism and transport of fatty acids and the production of hormones and Vitamin D. Cholesterol is manufactured by the liver, and is also present in certain foods.  High blood cholesterol levels have been linked to heart disease and may be a side effect of some anti-HIV medications.&lt;/span&gt; lowering omega-3 essential fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Fish such as mackerel, tuna, salmon and sardines are good sources of both of these as are those small shrimp-like crustaceans called krill.&lt;/p&gt;
