Elton John has signed a book deal to write ‘a very personal story’ of how AIDS has affected his life.

The book, to be titled Love is the Cure: Ending the Global Epidemic, will include memories of friends such as Freddie Mercury from the rock band Queen, who died of an AIDS-related illness in 1991. AAP
